Amazing cooking class! Paola invited us into her kitchen at home to learn about Mexican gastronomy and how to prepare Tacos, one of the most important dishes. A truly unique experience which I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys authentic Mexican cuisine.

We took Paola's taco cooking class as a group of 7 and we were absolutely blown away. Not only did we learn how to prepare tortillas and several types of tacos, we also learned about Mexican gastronomy, its history and regional differences, and its contribution to global gastronomy. The tacos that Paola taught us to make gave us a perfect variety of choices for everyone in our group, and she was very flexible as nuanced food restrictions came up on short notice. Every wish we had was fulfilled. All of this learning how to cook was made all the more warm and memorable thanks to the setting. Paola welcomed us into her home which made our dinner not just a class, but a family experience. Muchas gracias Paola and Malini, the best food we had in our week here was with you!
