Literally the best transportation service in Cancun. I went for over a week stay for a very important involved trip for my birthday, wedding planning, and engagement shoot. Antonio was so patience and supportive and most importantly accommodating from the day I inquired which was a month in advance if not more until our departure day. EXCELLENT SERVICE,! I cannot wait to come back to Mexico and use them again and again. You have a regular life long customer thanks again from Washington DC

I reserved transportation for my boss Trent Williams and couldn't have more pleased with the service STP Caribe offered. Response time was fast, rates were great, and the fleet of vehicles were all clean & updated! Trent specifically requested MORALES because he is so professional and courteous. Morales drove so smooth while I worked in the backseat (Vehicle had Wifi!) and even offered us complimentary beverages. I will 100% only use this service in the near future for all my transportations needs and only use Morales.
So excellent 5 stars from hotel to resort. Our driver was there with a sign to pick us up. The drive to tulum he showed us different spots and stopped for us to grab supplies for our stay very recommended. On the way back the driver “Pedro” not recommended. He said he could not stop, drove super slow and seamed like he didn’t know what he was doing. So not sure if it was just Pedro the driver but great experience on way to tulum not good service back to Cancun airport
We use the limo service every visit to Cancun and Puerto Morales. The drivers are great and the cars are always what we expect. First class service and always easy to find at the airport. Our drivers are always on time and very pleasant. A
Morales was a wonderful driver from Cancun to Tulum and back again. He gave us great tips on which Cenotes were the best. He drives the traffic really well and we felt very safe. Morales customer service is amazing, very personable and is fun to talk to. He is funny too!
