We needed transportation from Cabo to a hotel an hour away and asked to stop off to get some snacks/drinks. Christian was right on time, stopped at the store, went in with me, felt like a celebrity, pushing the cart and asking where items were in Spanish (mine is a bit rusty). He was friendly, outgoing and gave 5 star service. We even asked if he can pick us up. This company is amazing and if you are concerned to hire them because you don’t know their reliability. Trust me. They are awesome!!!

We will use and recommend this service to EVERYONE we know traveling to Cabo. Christian, Jesus, and Carlos were all amazingly attentive, kind, and highly knowledgeable about the area. We had no issue paying their fees for service once we learned how attentive and timely they are. Note: The resorts may share the fact that they have taxi services available to you, but why use those overpriced services when you could pay for a level of service that most taxi people couldn't touch? (Might I add, at prices competitive to those same taxi companies)

Made reservations(early 2020) with this company before COVID 19 halted travel. I used my brand new credit card to make a reservation with Browns Private Services. When all travel was suspended, I called to postpone my transportation plans. I was told not to worry and that my card wont be charged. About a month later, I received two charges on my new credit card, totaling over 700 in Texas. How was this possible since the ONLY time I used my credit card was for this company? Beware, very shady business practices. Fortunately, fraud division cleared me of any wrongdoing.

Armando was awesome! Very knowledgeable of the area and good conversationalist. He took us on a short tour of the city and made several excellent recommendations that made the trip well worth the money. We also noticed he briefly stayed in the area after dropping us off to make sure we got where we wanted to go safely. Will be using this service again, and asking for Armando!
