I'll start by saying that I've used this line before and wasn't disappointed although there price was always way more then there closest competitor primera plus, their seats are more comfortable and they usually get to their destination on time but this time it was a nightmare I had the chanse to get a ticket for about 20% less from primera plus but I decided to go with the ETN for the extra confort and I was thinking we would make decent time but I couldn't of been more wrong we made approximately 25% more time than what the ticket said, we stopped a bunch of times to let more people in so the bus was always full, the seat I got was the worst it would lean on its oun without you pushing the button it was broken and it wasn't the only one I overheard some people complaining about the same problem there wifi sucks if it was half the price I wouldn't be complaining but to think that there is a more reliable, faster and cheaper option makes me think that I won't be using there service for a really long time unless there is no other option which there is.

These buses are confortable but they are never on time. Usually they arrive 15-30 minutes late, so be ready to wait without knowing the exact time of departure. The ladies working here are very rude. When you ask them about arrival times they act as if you were begging for money or food. I pay for a service and I expect to be treated with respect. I don't understand why they give you a time that doesn't match with their itinerary, why don't they just give the right time if they know the buses are arriving late!

Everything inside the place is fine with the exception of the prices of the food, other than that, the entrance tends to be super crowded during the weekends.
