Very rude staff and they unsanitary bathrooms, don’t even turn down the air and everyone’s freezing and they don’t turn down the lights even though we’d like to sleep. It also smells terrible here UPDATE: I am currently going home on August 1st, 2018 and we have been sitting here in the bus for over half an hour now for no reason. The bus drivers are just sitting outside while we wait in here. Everyone is frustrated, Tornado Bus Company please fix your service it’s absolutely terrible. (The men in white are the bus drivers) ANOTHER UPDATE: so warm in the bus that my water is evaporating. Terrible bus company. Don’t even answer my emails and feedback.
Good point: they have an Oxxo convenience store inside the terminal! Why don't I like Tornado, in general? The drivers fall asleep, they drive too fast, and the parking lots are not secure. My truck was broken into in a Tornado parking lot. (not here, it was in San Antonio, TX) My financial papers were stolen, a phone was stolen, tools were stolen, and the thieves destroyed locks on all the doors. I do not recommend Tornado Bus Line.
