I have had great experiences diving with these folks over the last few decades. I did get stuck with a 1st timer who got blown off the reef, being the good dive buddy, I stuck with him until the dive master caught up. I was new once and was good with it. Point being, if you are solo, you might get put with someone who is not familiar with the speed of the current. The cheaper package will put you on a bigger boat, slower, multiple types of experienced divers and a little less personal attention. Doesn't sway me. The afternoon dive, was always with a smaller and faster boat, with very few people. I liked every divemaster I dealt with here. On a personal note...one of my 1st dives with these folks, the only other solo diver was a professional underwater photographer, lucky me. Still ranks as one of the best dives I ever had. The things I was shown that I would have never have seen, was an unbelievable learning experience.

My wife and I took a beautiful long weekend trip to Cozumel. We had an amazing time on all dives. We saw a giant green turtle, 3 eagle rays, and dolphins played around us, all on the same dive. Best dive we could have had. One of a kind. Thanks Dive Package!

We (the San Diego sea pickles) dove with dive Paridice while staying at Cozumel resort and hotel (also great). Everyone working for the outfit was awesome the crew of our boat the calypso where a pleasure to dive with. We did four two tank dives and two night dives all of which where mind blowing. These waters, reefs and sea life are world class. This was a great value, I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Took 4 trips to Riviera Maya and 1 trip to Cozumel in the last 2 years. I discovered snorkeling and the Caribbean. I snorkeled from Hotel Cozumel & Resort Jan 2018. Got scuba certified in June 2018 and couldn't wait to get back to Cozumel. Stayed at the Hotel Cozumel again November 2018, and did my first dives since being certified with Dive Paradise. The whole experience was amazing. Julian and all the staff at the shop understood my inexperience and guided me perfectly. The dive master, I believe Edgar was his name, was very helpful and understanding as well and guided and \taught\ me before, during, and after each dive. Biggest thrill was seeing a nurse shark on the last dive and almost out of air. Not sure exactly where we dove but it was well worth the time and money spent. Also, you cannot beat the unlimited shore dives right at the resort for a few bucks a tank. The water is no more than 20' deep and the reef there for miles is loaded with eel, puffer, lobster, shrimp, rock fish, cuttlefish, and so much more. I got amazing pics of all of them. I am now online booking my next trip for Feb 2019 at Hotel Cozumel and Cannot wait to dive with Dive Paradise.
