Cute little gated community inside beautiful Playacar Phase 2. Modern townhouses, nicely designed. Only downside is no common area pool.

Amazing morning spots to have coffee in 5 minutes walking distance. Grocery store, oxo, as well. Walkable beaches, shopping, dining and drinking in the main strip of playa de carmen. Golfing too, but I did not go.
