1 Star for the security, the shuttle service, the pool. The shared facilities are clean and well maintained. 0 for scamming. The business model of Garza Sada is quiet easy. Try to scam and fraud all foreigners. The residences itself are not well maintained. Yessica my sales contact, is not reliable. Doesnt have any clue and trys to avoid any responsibility after the contract is signed. Withdraw of the deposit takes sometimes months or you even never get it!!! During the checkout the facility manager tries to scam wherever he can and blames the residents for every scratch, dust, dirt, etc to charge extra money and cut the deposit. Also, already reported damages, of prior renters, are tried to charge twice or even more often. Pictures taken before entering the department safed me a lot of money and let Garza Sada no chance for arguing!!!!! They charge additionally 2 USD for the laundry, and another 2 USD for drying. Your white shirts will become yellow and black. ;) No recommendations!! Stay away, save your money and nerves. Rents get increased by 50USD annualy. Foreigners only get 6 month contracts....

I lived there during my exchange and i really enjoyed living there. you have a pool and a gym. However, I cannot recommend it!! First of all, you pay a lot for those aparments and i payed way more then my mexican flatmate, second, you have to buy almost everything on your own. There are no pans, plates... THIRD, I am waiting to get my deposit money back for over two month now which is very annoying! I told her that I want my money back and that my friends will pick it up for me and now she is ignoring me!!!! Don’t stay there - you will lose a lot of money!

Amazing place to live in Monterrey, especially for Tec students! You can have your quiet time, but there is also always the possibility to party! nice pool, nice terrace with barbecues, nice common area and nice departamentos!

Es una pérdida de dinero, de tiempo de parte de la atención que te dan, desde que entras batallas mucho en que te den el departamento y pésima atención y comunicación de parte de Alberto. NO LO RECOMIENDO. Los muebles son los más baratos posibles y tratan de ahorrarse hasta los arreglos en los departamentos.
