We had a blast visiting this museum in the heart of Aguascalientes. Very informative and well presented. Admission is inexpensive. We were there around 3 hours or so. Highly recommended

As Mexicans we are pretty aware of death, we embrace it, we celebrate not death perse, but life to live and death as a final stage of our existence on this world.Athos museum is certainly a collection of feelings, life stories and people portayed through history, definitely a place to visit and envision the art and work from Aguascalientes and Mexico. I'm putting 4 stars as there is no English translations on the articles.

A necessary visit to understand the relationship of Mexicans with Death. Numerous objects collected from different time. Some panels explaining what were/are the beliefs about Death. Some analysis of the treatment of Deaths in newspapers. You will see many skulls and many representations of the Death. It did relax my view on the matter.

It is a unique and interesting Muslim to visit . I wish there is some explanation in English but I did manage to read some interesting articles about death and culture
