Best experience my family had while in the area! Great customer service. Very responsive and attentive to our needs. We have little kids and they were amazing with them (FYI must be 5 years old to ride the jet skis!). I had a chance to meet the owner and a few employees, and they are all top notch. Stop what you are doing and call them to book some adventure, you won’t regret it.

Last week I got in touch with Mike who was so amazing and quick to reply about my interest in a parasail adventure. It was the most incredible experience of my life!!! Mike gave me all the information and even helped me with directions since my Apple Maps were not working well in Akumal lol. From there, my fiancé and I met Chucho who is also great! 10/10 recommend this experience and if you contact them, ask for Mike specifically because he’s super rad! A few days after the parasailing I reached out to Mike to see if he could also recommend a place nearby for COVID testing and he helped me with that too!!! Couldn’t be more grateful!!

Excellent Experience! Took the family out here to rent Jet Skis and even did the Parasailing, we had a blast! It's a beautiful beach and the Jet Skis were really nice condition, great crew too. They took professional photos of us too. Would highly recommend!
