If you rent from these guys, make sure you wear a watch and take note of the time when you start your rental. We rented a watercraft from these guys. After a few minutes, my wife wasn't enjoying it that much, so she left me by myself and went back to the hotel. Unfortunately, she was the one wearing the watch. They came to pick me because my time was over. I went back to the hotel just to realize that even with the walk time, I still had almost 10 minutes remaining. This was a 30 minutes rental so the robbed me more than 1/3 of my time. We went back to confront them, just to be laughed at. These people don't know what customer service mean. I hope this will warn future customers to take their business somewhere else. There are plenty of options around. Si alquilan acá, asegúrense de tener un reloj y fijarse bien la hora en que comienza el alquiler. Alquilamos una moto acuática. Después de unos minutos, mi esposa no estaba disfrutando mucho, así que me dejó solo y regresó al hotel. Desafortunadamente, ella era la que tenía el reloj. Vinieron a avisarme que el tiempo había pasado. Cuando volví al hotel me di cuenta de que, incluso con el tiempo de caminata, aún me quedaban casi 10 minutos. Esto fue un alquiler de 30 minutos, así que me robaron más de un tercio del tiempo. Volvimos para reclamar, y se rieron de nosotros. Estas personas no saben lo que significa el servicio al cliente.
