I wasn't expecting to eat a burger in Mexico. But I'm glad I did. This place is amazing! You have to eat at least one of these on your trip. Get the spicy seasoning on your fries instead of just salt, I wish I did.

Even though the bun falls apart,it's probably all the toppings we get. The fries are a treat and generously served. The service has been awesome both times we have visited! If your familiar with the establishment in the states, this is just about the closest thing you'll find to Five Guys(one of my faves). No peanuts but good patties and toppings.

This place is amazing! Well done for classic American style burgers… All of the ingredients are high-quality. I talked to the owners and heard it from them that the potatoes are locally sourced but cut fresh every day. Katsup and Mustard are from the USA… Which isn’t that big of a deal unless you don’t like the taste of the Katsup made in Mexico. Vinegar is available for the french fries if that is your thing. Portions are pretty huge especially the french fries. The restaurant name of Finley is named after the owners granddaughter... so sweet. Friendly staff, clean restaurant and bathrooms. Prices are pretty good for being right on the main tourist strip. The Finley burger with everything was massive and amazing. If you don’t have a gigantic appetite it can definitely be shared between two people. The only thing I would change is that I am not a fan of highly processed white bread. It would be so much better if they had gluten-free or bun less options available. Maybe with time they will. But classic American style burgers are made with white bread. There are other great burger joints in Playa but none of them are classic American style like this one. I highly recommend!

If you crave a burger while in Playa, you can't go wrong with Finley's. All fresh ingredients and wide variety of condiments and toppings.

Awesome burgers and even better Beyond Meat burgers for us vegans. The daily fresh cut fries are incredible as well. And for the rare added bonus: it's air conditioned! Staff and owner are very nice.

We ate there today! I wasn’t too thrilled when my husband suggested a hamburger place. I haven’t had a decent hamburger in Playa yet. I have to say our bacon cheeseburger was just like the USA! Very good. The fries were very good too and was so glad I had read some reviews. One comment was to get the fries out of the cup otherwise they get soggy! Yes they were so good! We will be eating there again!

If you are a vegetarian or vegan and are looking for a burger, then this has to be the ultimate place to stop in Playa Del Carmen. Let me be clear; this is not just because they serve 'Beyond Meat Burgers", but the ten toppings (you can have them all free) which make this a burger to relish. Like fries with your burger? You won't be disappointed with the home-cooked fries and arrive at Finley's hungry because the portion is generous for everyone. Eric, the owner cares about his food, and was super friendly.
