Delicious!! Sausage gravy on fries, classic waffle and syrup, chocolate cinnamon waffle, mixed berries compote with whipped cream, habanero salsa- All Delicious! Hospitality and kindness shown to us was wonderful as well! Jacob treated us as friends and we look forward to returning often!
AMAZING!!!! Our group LOVED the fresh juices! One in our party tried the hot chicken and waffle challenge, but failed miserably! :) He still said the flavor was delicious! The biscuits and gravy were awesome and of course so were the waffles!! Such nice and hospitable expat owners...we wish them continued success!!

Four of us we're so excited upon seeing the sign for the house of waffle in the middle of the neighborhood far away from downtown, which quickly turns into a huge disappointment. There were maybe a total of no more than 10 people there, and for the life of us couldn't understand why all of our waffles came out cold. They tasted as if they were days old. on top of that, this place is incredibly expensive for what they provided. 185 pesos for 1 waffle and a small side of fruits or eggs depending if you chose sweet or savory. I chose eggs scrambled and medium, but they came out overcooked and papery. The extra order of fruits came chopped up in bits like nugget ice. Juices came out in a small glass with more ice than juice and watered down. None of us finished our meal. We came to a conclusion the only way the terrible food quality and preparation was due to it being prepared by someone who has never being in the kitchen ever. Their saving grace was the two gentlemen that served us who were very friendly and accommodating. I really hope they will step up their game and improve the food quality, or lower their price to match the offerings.
Great little place mid-island. They serve great comfort food for breakfast and lunch. Owners are friendly and warm just like their waffles!! I had eggs over potato with southern sausage gravy ... oooh yeah!! Reminded me of my childhood in Memphis, TN.
If you are looking for an American style breakfast this is your place! Especially if you're from the south. The fried chicken and waffles are top notch so GOOD! The owner is originally from South Carolina so here's your chance to get a taste of that down home country cookin' while in paradise
