I am a 26 year member of Costco in USA. In all the years of buying from Costco I have never, ever received such bad service until now. Very rude and horrible service. Corporate management needs to visit this store and others to make sure their staff is up to par and Costco standards. This store is not what Costco's standard is known for. Yes similar products like in the United States but the service and people are horrible. VERY POOR, BAD SERVICE!!! You can definitely you are in a counterfeit store so to speak. I am very disappointed with the lazy rude service and relax attitude from workers as you try to receive service or ask a question. Customer service is horrible.

Aweful....went the Costco in Guadalajara (sanzio) and waited in line to pay 45 mins. At the entrance they said only one person per membership and that was not true....lots a families. Doubt each one had a membership. Never had seen it so messy and people with NO RESPECT of keeping the distance and touching everything - of course this last part is not the stores fault.

Great.. i love going to costo for shopping, no matter if im in usa or mexico, but this costo its extremely crowded, and mexicans trying to cut in line, get someone inline without their cars, and so on.. like Dwight Schrute said, we need a new plage.. ho wait..
