Good service from Mexico City to everywhere . Perfect busses. Seats are best comfort ever. Wifi and power plugs at every seat. Men and women toilets. Caring personnel. Better than flying

I think the waiting area is too small for the amount of people they work with. The person that sold my tickets this Saturday was a little mean. The amount of security, I think is way too much, they have two checkpoints, one includes opening your carry on, kinda if you were going back to the plane I guess or even more, because in the first one your carry on goes through an X-ray machine. This bus line offers routes to Querétaro every 30 minutes, and also to Celaya and San Juan del Río. I would recommend to buy your tickets in advance using their webpage or app, because the buses get full very quick.

Terrible, lack of costumer service. The bus left without us because they made us go back to the counters to check in the carry on, even thought we were there one hour prior to departure
