Very nice museum! Informative, but not overloaded. Huge mural by Jorge Monroy.

Interesting site, but the walk up could be a bit challenging to some. Definitely worth checking out the history of how Guachimontones was found, the work of art historian Celia Garcia and her husband the U.S. archeologist Phil Weigand to of course they give most of the credit to. the tour guide Jazmin was knowledgeable and nice.

Great little drive about an hour from guadalajara

A unique learning experience in this precolumbian site. Around one hour away from Guadalajara, a place that must be visited on your way to tequila town.

Would have been nice if the information was in English so US tourists could fully appreciate this amazing archaeological site.
