Huge station. Give yourself extra time... huge lines to buy ticket and you’ll need some extra time to figure out which gate you need to be at.

It’s huge and can be intimidating. When in line for ADO, stand in the line on the right side. The other two lines are for the premium most expensive busses and can not sell other tickets. Buying your tickets at least 24 hours in advance will get you half price tickets. The ADO app nor their website will allow you to buy tickets with a foreign credit card, so you have to buy in person. The staff is friendly.
