Nice and straightforward. Would recommend buying tickets after reaching there (inside of online), that way you just get there, buy tickets and stand in line to board. They start the boarding line 10 minutes before departure, which is every 1/2 hour. Point to point it takes roughly 25 minutes.

Fast, fairly comfortable. you can get drinks and snacks there. some of the ferries have sturbucks even. sometimes too loud because they play live music.
Loved the experience. Comfortable ride , dependable, on time and cool guys signing on the top deck. Great views from the water.
Fun ride to the island! The live music is fun, the top deck views are Amazing and they serve cold drinks & snacks.
I love the ferry ride. Very professional and polite staff. The music is very good. Everything about it I enjoyed. And a reasonable price at 18.00 US.
