I recently had some boot issues on an 8 month old Lenovo laptop. After attempting a few things myself it was a no go. Called the shop and was told to bring it right over. I left the machine and they did a complete removal/diagnosis of the hard drive, fixed the issue and ran it for awhile for testing. I picked it up within 24 hrs of my first phone call and I'm back in business. Friendly, helpful, quick, English speaking and a pleasure to deal with, I won't go anywhere else in PV if I have computer issues! Amazing really! Keep up the good work...

Fantastic, amazing, and very quick turnaround. I cracked the screen on my laptop while traveling. The owner, Daniel, was awesone, courteous, and speaks English fluently. He had my screen replaced and installed in 3 hours. He also had a backup plan for me if he couldn't find the part in town. The price was very fair and I will come here for all of my computer needs when I move here full time. It is a little out of the way, but knowing that he provides a great service, reasonable pricing, and is fluent in English really helped. Thank you Daniel.

Oh, how lucky I was to post on FB that I was having trouble finding a webcam. Carlos contacted me, and he's 11 blocks away. I took the wrong bus, and a guy near Cruz Roja hospital pointed me in the right direction, a block from the traffic circle, down Calle Cuba. Carlos spoke English and I had my cam pronto and was able to walk home. Most importantly, when I had trouble setting up the cam, Carlos helped me over the phone. I'm gonna buy more things from him.
