Diana Luckysova - Sculptor and Artist

I got a parking ticket from a cop who appeared to be corrupt (I can be wrong, but he took my drivers licence and wanted me to pay 2300 pesos at night when the register was closed)... I went to the station, explained my situation in broken Spanglish and everyone was helpful. A female judge returned my license with an apology and was able to reduce my fine to 500 pesos, since I had no criminal record.
