One of the worst experiences I've had in a shop in 15 years Mexico!! My laptop charger stopped working and the didn't have another one in stock, but they said it was likely the pin without bothering to look at anything! I asked how long it would take to determine the problem. The answer was, no idea could be a couple days could be a month. They refused to give me an approximate time. I asked if he could just plug in the charger and fiddle to see if he could get it to work because I needed it desperately tonight for work. I offered 100 pesos for the effort. The answer was no. Incredibly rude and slow staff, I was dumbfounded! I went to GEEK PLAYA next and it WAS the charger, no pin damage to the port at all. I bought the charger and was on my way in 5 minutes. Stay far away from this place and go to Geek Playa instead!!!
Good luck trying to return anything. The owner just tries to get you to spend more money fixing what you bought.
They are efficient reasonable and personable I recommend them highly you have a problem bring it to him and they will solve it
Best computer shop in Playa. They can get almost any specific model in few day if you ask for it
