The customer service at the garage is awesome. Check this out -- for the first time in my life, ever, one of the mechanics got into my car with me to go on a test drive to replicate an electrical problem I was having. Wow, I was super impressed with this level of care. I did not have to twist anyone's arm to get an update on my car, but was kept apprised the whole time. Even though I did not buy my Toyota from Oz, I will be taking to this location from here on out for any more service work.

Some of the Sales people see you with dollar sign eyes, so if you Want something That fits your needs and not theirs or if you ask questions, they will not love you and give you the best treatment ever. It felt like all they want is your money and then you can get lost. Even if I buy a Toyota I would go to a different branch.

Showroom is what you expect, but I mostly come for the service. Though they tend to overbook the appointments for maintenance they always offer me a beverage and the hostesses are really pretty. Where it not be for the pretty hostesses, I'd only give it four stars.
