On any previous negative review you will see a response. They do not attempt to defend themselves in this response, their incompetence is indefensible. Instead they put a number to call, no name, only a number which no one ever answers, or returns a message. I brought my vehicle in to be checked over and because the washer for the windshield was not working. Three days later they could not fix it. They said that the radiator needed to be replaced, a part which can be purchased anywhere in Guadalajara for 3100mxn (copy attached) they charged me 12,000mxn for the radiator and a total of 16,500 for the nothing else. Also they would not furnish me with an itemized receipt. Only my credit card receipt. I asked for it to be emailed to me as an alternative, but nothing. Update: I brought my vehicle to a local shop, in 20 minutes they repaired the windshield washer and charged me 500 pesos. Dalton had my car 3 days and couldn't fix it.

We bought our insurance for our new toyota car through this dealership and paid for 2 full years. The first time we had a small accident in the first year and the insurance they offered us backed out really quick denying any responsibility so we had to cover the full costs of the repair. Fast forward we are in the 2nd year now and the car got randomly damaged overnight by someone. Calling the insurance they suddenly tell us we havent paid the 2nd year and therefore they wont cover it and told us to go to the dealership with this matter. The dealership denied that we paid the 2nd year even though they gave us a contract that says we paid the two years and said they only have one ticket for the first year payment. The funny thing is they had \problems with their system\ back when we paid the insurance and they preferred to take the whole payment in cash. I do not want to give the impression that this company is doing blatant fraud scamming their customers out of money but we also paid for an extended 7 years warranty with free checks of the car and the first time we went they suddenly wanted to charge for the every 6 months check up that we PAID FOR. Now they say that after not going the 2nd time after 6 months this extended warranty is completely lost and everythign we paid for is for nothing. Beware of this car dealership, do not buy any services here, do not listen to any of the sellers and the best would be to not buy a car here at all. Keep care and do your dilligence.
