Kia Norte is the worst experience i have ever had with any business. Every time i take my vehicle in for a repair they break some other part of the car. And i am not exaggerating i do mean every time. They never have any parts that are required available so it requires a second appointment to come back for repairs they lie about how long it takes for parts to arrive from Kia Mexico they try and fix warranty items with improper items instead of fixing it right. I would definitely suggest to people go buy another brand of car or if you really want a kia go do business with the new Kia dealership on the west side of merida Kia Penisular. I dont know if they are better but there is no way they could be any worse. Someone needs to close them down or buy them and get new management in place and operate the dealership the way one should be operated. They clearly dont care about customer service.

Sacas cita para no esperar y aun asi. No te apuntan. Ya son dos veces q m hacen lo mismo. Y te salen con q no es culpa de eyos. Y aunq les estes mostrando la cita te dicen q no . y en garantia. Sigo esperando m cambien mis espejos y ni se comunican. Marcas y no contestan
