Scam. Booked online for two days. Reservation totaled 45 and said it included insurance, taxes, service fees, etc. but when I arrived I was told that those charges were in addition to a 45 base rate. Had no time to find another option and ended up spending 134 for two days with a compact car. Do not book with these crooks.

They were very nice I had to trade my car in because it was making noise in the front end and they gave me no problem they were very Cooperative spoke pretty good English and I really think that they helped me out as best they could with what they had gave me a better car and I thank them for their good job I appreciate their professionalism and how clean the car was
They bait you with good prices an when you are there they don't have the car and you are supposed to pay 25 times more then you reservated! Really! Total rip off!!!
CREDIT CARD FRAUD ALERT: We went here without reservation. Lady was nice when there. However two days after booking the car about 2000 were spent on the card buying clothes online. Obviously somebody was fraudently using it . There is no way to be sure but the car was only used once, in this store, and it was on my body at all times in those two days... So very likely the scammers works at hertz Two stars because it's not certain the scammers are from hertz. Alot of people complain about returning the car and credit card deposits. We haven't had any problems yet but only returned it yesterday

Desastrosa atención. Reservamos una categoría de vehículo con espacio para 4 maletas y al llegar nos informan que no tienen, que nos darán un vehículo con espacio únicamente para 2 maletas. Luego nos dijo que debíamos esperar 1 hora y media para que llegue un vehículo. Finalmente tuvimos que pagar más dinero para que nos brinden un vehículo con el espacio acordado ya que no se hicieron cargo de su error. Quien nos atendió nos discutía que era lo mismo cuando es sabido QUE NO LO ES. No recomiendo en absoluto, es la primera vez que nos ocurre que la empresa no se hace cargo de un error propio. Mejor busquen reservar por Álamo, por aquí son más lo problemas que las soluciones.
