I’ve never paid for a guide where they didn’t put us on any fish. We did an 8hr tour and didn’t even touch a rod. They refused to give us any kind of a refund. They asked what my dream fish would be and I said marlin and dorado. They took that as that’s all I wanted and blamed me for wanting to go outside the bay. Then after the trip told me the best fishing would be inside the bay. I still tipped them 100 because it’s the right thing to do. They accepted the tip. They have a go-to spot to fish but didn’t seem to know many different spots when one isn’t producing. My advice is to negotiate a refund prior to fishing if they don’t get their job done.

We had a great custom fishing trip with Juan and Enrique. Spent the morning fishing in the Puerto Vallarta bay where we caught two fish (Mahi and bull fish) then snorkeled at Los Argos and lunch at Las Animas. Price was ver fair, service impeccable, and very safe for our group of 4 during COVID. Boat was nice with padded seating and shade. Would highly recommend and will use them again on our next trip.
