A diverse and multi-faceted community based cultural center providing a venue for local artists, playwrights, musicians and performers. Well conceived, flexible and accessible to the community. It provides a stepping stone to larger and more elaborate facilities. It's potential is only limited by imagination. Every community would benefit from a similar facility.
