This was a really good way station on my trip south. Stayed for two nights, dry camping. The restrooms were clean (did not use the shower) and there is abundant TelCel coverage. It was dog friendly and other campers I met were friendly. It’s really not much more than a huge dirt parking lot above the beach but hey, that works. I was impressed by how the cleanliness of the beach is maintained locally with work crews and abundant trash receptacles. I paid 300 MXN per night, about 15 USD.

Really beautiful views, the place is clean and safe and it is very close to the malecon.
This place is not to party so don’t go there if you are expecting to do that, this place is to relax! Absolutely loved it here! Quiet time is after 9pm, bathrooms are pretty clean and there is hot water with great water pressure! We tent camped the ground is pretty solid so don’t expect to stakes in. Instead use sand bags. Security is at the front and they make their rounds at night. I will definitely be returning again!
The only reason I'm giving Contra del Mar Campground & RV Park five stars it's because I can't give them 50 stars! Edgard, the owner/manager and his nephew Pierre, are the nicest, most helpful people I can imagine. I stayed in their park for almost 3 months as the covid-19 crisis hit while we were there. We just decided to stay a while. It was great. I highly, highly, Highly recommend Concha del Mar Campground and RV Park! Gary & Janice

If you like to camp or have a rv this is your spot right next to the beach, clean restrooms and showers , friendly staff. Also great car detailers that got me ready for the car show. New favorite spot best place to just go and relax!
Great beachfront with reasonable prices and all the serviced you need from dumping your tanks and filling water tank to repairs and even exterior painting. Showers are hot and good pressure.
