Today was my second visit to the Hospital. The first visit was a month ago with a pediatrician by the name of Dr. Pamela Santos. She was wonderful. she was very nice and polite and answered all our questions. She even interacted with my son in a playful way. But my visit with the ENT Dr. Gabriela Del Carmen Ramirez today was a nightmare. We were told the appointment was at 10am. We patiently waited our turn to be called. About 11:15 my wife asked the front desk if we would be seeing the Dr. soon. We thought about leaving and coming back another day but they charge you up front (600 pesos) so we decided to wait it out. At around 11:45 we saw the ENT(Dr. Ramirez) walking out and the front desk lady told her she had one last patient (My son) and she looked extremely upset. We made our way into the office and the first thing she asked us right as we walked in was why we were late for our appointment? She actually had the nerve to blame it on us after we were there on time waiting for her for close to two hours. We brought lab results, X rays and just medical history charts. To give her a background of my sons situation(Already had tonsils removed and tubes in his ears) and she rudely interrupted and started raising her voice every time we tried to ask her a question. I was obvious she had somewhere more important to be and we were treated that way. Whats worse is that when she looked into my sons ear she was a little rough and now my son is telling us his ear is hurting. The hospital and the staff were great but I don't think Dr, Ramirez should be working with children with her bad attitude.

Cuenta con más de 20 especialidades pediátricas, cirugías de corta estancia, farmacia, rehabilitación y terapia física, Centro Integral de Psicología y Psicopedagogía Infantil, Clínica de Odontología Infantil, así como programas educativos enfocados en la nutrición y prevención.

Tuve una pésima experiencia con la Dra. Lugo, pues su trato fue muy hostil e hizo comentarios muy fuera de lugar que no tenian nada que ver con el motivo de mi visita y me dio diagnóstico de uno de ellos, lo cual me parece poco profesional pues en menos de 10 min no puedes determinar algo como lo que me comentó y menos sin ser especialista en ello, ademas de no prestar atención a la otra afección que tenía mi hijo, solo dijo que eso debieron atenderlo al nacer y no me iba a mandar a esa especialidad.

Un hospital dedicado a los niños en el que te ayudan de muchas maneras. Tienen muy buenos médicos capacitados y además equipo médico de alta tecnologia. El servicio es muy eficaz y siempre resuelven tus dudas.

Muy buena labor de este hospital que atiende a toda la niñez del estado. Precios más razonables que en otras partes y pueden llegar a ser más bajos dependiendo de las personas que lo necesitan más. Cuenta con un gran equipo de personas con espíritu de servicio. Amplias y modernas instalaciones. Amable servicio.
