Went through a tour which provides you with zip line experience, ATV riding, lunch and a cavern experience. Everything was beautiful if not rushed and you are not allowed to take your own pictures so they can charge you to receive them...like a cruise. Everyone has found a way to make money. They charge 5 for insurance to ride the ATV. Again, I had a good time and you do get about an hour to browse and take your own pics before transportation arrives. Overall a good time

Such a unique experience to immerse yourself in the cave, floating on the water. We were fortunate there was few other visitors and was able to forget the time in silence.

We were slightly offput from the start because the tour we paid for was not the tour we received. We were shown pamphlets for Adrenaline Adventure that had 50 minutes of ziplining, 50 minutes of ATV riding, and cenotes. At our pick up location they told us we were going to Kin Ha instead. We arrived and were told we had to lock everything up for our safety. I had a waterproof camera holder that I didn't lock up and they made me return and lock it up because as it turns out it is not for my safety, it was because they wanted to force you to buy pictures for over 45USD. The first part was the zipline that was less than 30 feet long. What a JOKE! It took less than 15 seconds and you had to use your hands as a brake on the wire. Second was a cool cenote, but they didn't have towels for us and since it was 9am, it was too cold to go in. We took pictures after the fact that I will attach. Next we rode 4wheelers, but it was not 50 minutes. It was more like 20 minutes round trip of driving on a dirt road, not through the jungle. The second cenote had dirty water and was gross. Even on the stairs leading down to the only paddle board had human poop on it. Disgusting! Our tour guide was so engrossed with flirting with a girl in our group. He must have passed on the info about her to all the other men because when we got back all of a sudden there was a large group of men just hanging outside the doors of the changing rooms, that by the way were partly see through and could easily see through large gaps between the doors. I felt terrible for her! They provided a very bland, simple meal that mid eating the waitress brings in a large tip box and plopped it in the middle of the table. The tour guide also hit us up asking for a tip. Would not go back again unless just paid for the onsite cenote during the middle of the day when it is warmer.

Amazing staff. I loved diving into the caves 15' jumps to 45' jumps. Zip lines into the water, horseback riding, ATVs and more. It is about an hour ride from the hotel zone in Cancun, but it is well worth it!
