We had the best experience with Happy Shuttle. Our greeters were so friendly and helpful. They carried our bags to the car. I believe his name was Jesus. He was so friendly and helpful. Our driver was timely and the car was clean. The company is extremely easy to find in the mess of cab drivers. The car was clean and the trip was easy. Would highly recommend to anyone and use again next time.

We booked a round trip shuttle that took us from the airport to playa del Carmen and back to the airport. They use VW vans that ride smooth and the drivers were safe. They also confirm your name and size of your party to ensure everyone is present. Very smooth from start to finish. I would use them again.
If you travel to Cancun this is the transportation service to go with. They are always in time and very well organized. It was our first time in Cancun and we were concerned about getting to our hotel safe, but booking our transportation with Happy Shuttle made everything easy for us. They met us at the airport and got us to hotel safe and fast and picked us up at the end of our vacation to drive us to the airport. Both times everything was easy and right in time, never late. Booked them online before our trip and they sent us all necessary instructions with detailed explanations what to do and how to find them. Definitely recommend.
Just used happy shuttle on 2/27/21. Are driver was Andres Mata Baza. Best driver we have had at Cancun airport. He is very very nice guy. But most of all he did NOT drive crazy. Most of these guys drive like crazy people. He does not. This is are 5th trip to this area but the first time we did not have a crazy driver. Andres
Happy Shuttle was excellent. Driver was waiting at the airport upon arrival and arrived early to our hotel pickup. Both drivers were excellent and very nice and friendly. Our return driver Bienvenido was super, great conversations on our way to the airport.
