We used Kalido for transfers for the first time. They are fantastic! Private, clean vehicles and friendly, prompt drivers. But what blows me away is the responsiveness to emails when I wanted to change my pickup time. They respond quickly and ask you to confirm back the change. The professionalism is top notch! I have already booked them for my next trip. Rafael was our driver and he was awesome! I felt safe the entire time.

If you're looking for a transportation company in the Cancun or Riveria Maya area, definitely consider Kalido. They are prompt and flexible. I changed my pick up location twice and they accommodated me without hesitation. Their site is easy to use and you can pre-order drinks on their website for the drive to your destination. The drivers are friendly and professional and the van was spotlessly clean. I'll use their services every time I am in the area, which is pretty often.

We have used Kalido Travel many times while in the Cancun/Riviera Maya area. Booking is easy. The drivers are always on time and very courteous. The vehicles are also very clean! Recently, we had a last-minute change to our flight when we arrived at the airport that would bring us into Cancun 2 hours earlier than originally planned. I sent an email and message to Liam's team asking for assistance. (It was before 6 AM!) By the time we got on the plane, we had a confirmation that they received our information and would be there to pick us up! They were there and we were able to spend a few extra hours on the beach! We just returned from Akumal on a fabulous vacation. We hired Kalido Travel for our transportation to and from the resort. We had a private SUV transfer. The entire process from making the reservation to finding them at the airport to being picked up at the resort was seamless. The vehicle was a late model Ford Expedition and was spotless. Our drinks that we ordered were in the vehicle when we arrived. The driver obeyed all traffic laws and was extremely professional. We will definitely use Kalido Travel again.
