This place is great! They offer many classes, workshops, courses and retreats on yoga, meditation and other oriental disciplines like Chi Kung. Their prices are the most accessible and reasonable I have found in this city. I took the introduction to yoga (for beginners) workshop and also join one of their retreats and I loved it.
