Località di Playa del Carmen situata un po’ all’interno ma tranquilla e amena. Firmata da gruppi di case ognuno dei quali attrezzato con un piccolo parco giochi per bambini. È disponibile anche un’area comune a tutti gli abitanti del luogo costruita sopra un cenote e attrezzata con una area per il barbecue è una piscina che guarda direttamente al cenote sottostante.

Agradable residencial. Son casas amplias con áreas verdes, ideal para familias con mascotas. Cuenta con servicio de seguridad. Algunas casas siguen en construcción, hay mucho ruido de las máquinas y trabajadores.
