Great service since the first approach. It was so easy to decide to book this beautiful house because of the clear information received. Everything was even better than what we expected, location, amenities, extra services, a perfect place to spend a week with Family or friends. North American Standards was a great company to work with. Directions for checking in were clear and easy to follow. The apartment met our expectations and was well stocked with kitchen equipment, as well as linens and towels. The response time for the few issues we had was great. When we started looking for a long term rental, Matt the owner, showed us multiple options over the course of a day. He was quite attentive to our requests. If we have further rental needs in PDC, we will definitely call his company first.

The owners are incredibly professional and helpful - and more to the point they have front line staff who exceed expectations. Calls or messages are returned promptly and professionally - and the services rendered are spot on. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for property management, rentals or related services. Five stars without any hesitation!

This company and these people are one of the best. We have travelled across Caribbean and Mexico for past 10 years. Playa has been our easy go to place all these years with kids or just as a couple. This is always our go to place. Never had any surprise that was due to their hands or that they had never helped us with airport transportation, massage, dinner, cooking class, adventure, ... recommendations that were not awesome. We go to other places, but never have to worry coming here and using their services!!!

EDIT : The owner had the decency to contact me after this review and explained that it is better to contact them by email or phone. I don't think I have been very successful at being answered by email neither but at least the owner reached out to provide some assistance. For that reason, I will give them the benefit of the doubt with a neutral review and I will update if necessary. ----------- Original comment : I have contacted them many times on Whatsapp for monthly rentals and they constantly leave me on seen. They also never follow up on my requests, which is surprising considering they would benefit from my stay in Playa Del Carmen. I guess some workers are just careless or their whatsapp administration is just bad. I can't point out the exact cause. I sent them links and shared all the requested information regarding my stay. They did not even bother helping a potential client.
