Ugly woman stuff with Worst service. My first experience with this kinda cheap service. This is Asian store so the people should work more nicely to customers.

I experienced worst service with a man staff. He didn't even ask me if I need a factura, when I asked him a factura, he told me he can't issue a factura, because he just skipped the process. Furthermore, they don't have any basic knowledge of product, and bad service. Products are ok.

They have the basic things, mainly Japanese and Korean they do have a couple of Thai items. This is an Asian store that doesn't have Indian, Vietnamese Malaysian, Indonesian let alone Philippines so don't expect to find any of those items. Customer service is just functional they only speak Spanish just be sure to call ahead of time that they are open because in four occasions when I went there were always closed for inventory.
