This hotel is not definitely 5 stars as we expected. It is waste of money to spend on this “one star” hotel. Overall, the food service is definitely slow! Every time we ordered food and end up waiting for every single day. The waiters were not professional when we requested our order in details. Very poor service. The food menu has limited and same menu every day. They don’t have reservation for dinner.. it is painful for us to wait for more than a hour to have dinner. Also we have only two restaurants. One restaurant is open for only dinner Pool need to clean and some tiles in pool are broke that hurt our toes. Not enough umbrella to cover and some of umbrella are broken. Also, there were some stains on bed sheets. Towels are old too and outdated. Drinks were not that tasty.. not impressed. We have a lot of bugs in the room. We got bug bites. Not comfortable bed it definitely not five stars!! The bed is so high that I struggle to get on the bed every single night!

Came here for Khutoryan wedding. I honestly do not know why this hotel was given so many good reviews. This was the most expensive place I’ve stayed at for vacation and the waiting service was poor. Drinks made my stomach hurt and I’m not a big drinker. We waited over an hour for food and then the food would be cold when they arrived. A waiter yelled at us one time for being ungrateful when we all had activities scheduled and we waited forever for food. The aesthetics of the place was nice but it’s not all it’s cracked up to be. I understand we are in a pandemic but it’s not worth the money. It is NOT a 5 star hotel.

This place is great. How ever with covid and hurricanes its just not the same place it was. It is a very relaxed atmosphere still, and the level of service is still excellent. However the change in amenities without a change in price is my biggest gripe. Still an awesome, relaxing, and rejuvenating time.

I rated 1 star only because of upper management not giving 2 f#ks about grieves or concerns.They are under staffed,so the little staff they have either speaks no english or is multi tasking between positions.Example the chef is cooking, delivery,clean-up, turn down service and transportation provider.I commend them on their efforts and extra hard work.but the night management and security team need some hospitality classes.One don't get in a guest face asking questions with a threatening tone and call security when the guest is telling you.that you are rude and disrespectful.Additionally make threats of have your guest arrested and missing for months before court dates.I'm glad my kids are not here.this whole honeymoon was a disaster.My wife will never forget!! Best believe this will reach the top and these issues will be addressed

It was very different from the other places we've stayed. They definitely spoiled us t With customer service. The place was clean and quiet. The plunge pool was freezing and the food was very american. When we travel we love to have local food and or food which is full of flavors.
