The site itself is absolutely fantastic. Just bear in mind that if you go during the pandemic, you cannot enter the buildings, so the visit is somewhat frustrating. If you take a tour guide, do haggle. At first they ask for 1300mxn but as you approach the entrance the price drops to 400.

Palenque is an amazing archeological site. The is a small charge to get inside. Next to the entrance to the pyramids there are handcrafts, snacks and water. There are also tourist guide that offer an explanation of the site (it is advisable to agree on the fee before star the adventure). The pyramids are spectacular and a good camera is absolutely necessary.

One of the best place I ve been so far!! Worth the price and c If you compare to other overpriced temple this is definitely worth the visit!! I will suggest to get a tour to learn a bit more about the story Tour are not expensive and you can bargain a bit for 250 pesos for person

A very recommendable place in my opinion. You pay a total of 170 Pesos (7) for the entrance of the whole park (jungle) and entracne to the Maya-Ruins. "Collectivo" from Palenque Busstation are 20 Pesos (0,90). Huge Maya Temple. Looks really impressive. Just check the pics. #factsfirsthand Many greetings, Max

Beautiful setting of ruins in the jungle. There's a trail that winds around the site of multiple temples and a palace. Takes about an hour leisurely. There's vendors along the pathway. Check your barter skills :)

Wonderful archeological site with well preserved structures and exceptionally lush and large vegetation. As a covid-19 safety precaution, only 300 people at a time are allowed on site.
