I went in there with the intention of buying a bike, I had the money to pay it in full and both sellers didn't really do much about that. They didn't motivate me more to buy it, they didn't really want to help with anything. They where basically just standing there and Telling me the price of the bike I wanted.

Excellent costumer service. And very professional staff.
Even though they are an authorize dealer they don't look professional, the bikes they sell are obviously the REAL thing, but people are not so into their jobs. I wander around looking for someone to help me but place looked empty.
