Absolutely love this place, so relaxing, the staff works very hard to make your stay amazing. Our 2nd second stay in 4 months. We will back again.
A wonderful stay in the Presidential Suite it is a shame there is only one of them. Lovely views, nice breakfast restaurant, and great drinks at happy hour. It is an ideal place for a couples getaway. Not really suitable for children, beach is too far away and the pool too deep.
Yoonuel ,Mariana y Hannah were great very helpful . The shuttle is frequent .. 10 pesos each way . Resort facilities are nice had king room with jacuzzi tub enjoyed the tub. The terrace balcony provides an excellent view of the bay. Stop by and see filiberto at club m within walking distance of the resort good food and excellent service and th mezcal is great.
Oh what a beautiful place this is. Our first visit to Zihuatanejo and it won’t be our last - stunning views, great staff, no pressure sales at all! Restaurant and bar on site, crystal clear mosaic tiled infinity pool. Dotting wait staff who are charming and personable. 2 happy hours every day and a tour host with local unique tours, like baby turtle release events.
Very cozy and nice. I loved the view from our room and enjoyed the sunrise every single day. We rented a car but it seemed very easy access to the city and piers near by. We were told there was 170 steps to get there. Only 20 rooms so it’s very quiet and friendly environment. All and all, it has everything I need as far as a clean and comfy room for a vacation.
Quiet, restful, and pretty with very friendly staff. Pool had a terrific view and when it’l gets too hot you can retreat to your air conditioned room for a rest. Close to everything - can walk into Zihuatanejo - yet no beach access from the hotel.
Staff is very friendly. Mariana is the best concierge in Worldmark with all the best recommendations and assistance. Jorge, Ignacio and Antonio are fabulous waiters. Jorge also sings in local restaurants. Pool is quiet and looks over Bahia de Zihuatanejo and Playa Las Gatas. Easy walk to the pier for water taxi or to one of many fantastic restaurants. One of my favorite places to stay in Mexico.
