Horrible service at the repair shop. I took it in for a tune up and check up as my flywheel is making some noise. When they gave me back my vehicle, they gave me a gigantic price quote and never explained to me my options or alternatives, they never even explained how was my vehicle's check points list after the tune up. Nada. When I went to my local independent VW repair shop for a second opinion he explained to me my options perfectly and didn't charge me a dime. Never going back to the repair dealer unless it is absolutely necessary. Another time before, I took my vehicle and they wanted to overcharge me for a MAF sensor, after I bargained with them (as I knew what was the street market price on them) they cut almost half the price of it. They're not called stealerships for nothing.

He tried to sell me a battery but my battery was fine so he was trying to resell my battery for others and profit from it and sell me something that I don’t need the guy is a thief stay away from this place they will ruin your cars and overcharge you he is the boss who did that thieves

I came here with a friend buying a VW in Mexico to live/drive in Mexico. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the sales staff & parts department is, considering I don’t speak Spanish (my friend does). Being a car guy, it was super fun to see VW models in Mexico not sold in the US. They had a clear pricing strategy-not much negotiation required. I drive a 2019 (US market @) VW so I bought some accessories for it there (don’t tell VW hahaha). Forgot to take photos but trust me: the whole dealership was to a very high end set up

I ike it, not love it, excellent attention and very much on time, the car was ready and it was a nice touch that, when you drop the car and nobody picks you up, they call you an Uber and they pay for it.
