Worst flight I ever had. Flight was from Guadalajara to Tijuana. Flight was re-routed to Hermosillo to wait until "fog" had lifted. Sat on airplane for 2 hours before being told flight was to return to Guadalajara and Volaris did not know when the would have a return flight for us. The entire plane refused to sit down and to let us of at this airport. After arguing with the Volaris employees the passengers were let off and had to book flights 5 to 6 hours later. Women, children and men had to sleep on the floor in the terminal. Social distance was completely ignored during this entire night. Worst flight ever. Volaris employees were completely disrespectful. I would not fly Volaris. Do not recommend Volaris.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ended up losing a flight because my dog's carry on bag was too big according to them which it wasn't. Then I had to pay for the flight again after I bought a crate so he could go in the cargo area and when we were checking in, they said he couldn't fly because he's a shihtzu which they saw the first time I was there. I had to leave my poor dog with strangers. They didn't reimburse. ANYTHING at all. Worst customer service and airline I've ever had to deal with.

Literally the worst service. Gate checked a bag because they made me and then watched as their baggage handlers pushed and pulled the baggage cars around by hand on the ground. The whole point of not checking bags is to avoid the wait. Gate checked bags were last off the plane 45 minutes later. We also left almost 1 hour late. Avoid at all costs.
Unexpected flight cancellation, no excuse, no reasons given.
