Unbelievable!!! Breath taking. Peaceful and magical. Surprised hubby for his birthday with private ride and they even allowed us to take our puppy . Amazing service. All kind. The guy who flew us was just so sweet. I wish I could do it every day

I went to Volare this morning and had an absolutely incredible experience. The pickup in CDMX, the complimentary breakfast/coffee, and the flight were all amazing. I have been to Teotihuacan on foot before and although that is absolutely something everyone should do, seeing it from the air in a hot air balloon is an entirely different experience. Everyone on the staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. I could not recommend the experience more.

Really well organised balloon trip, including pick up from our downtown hotel. About an hour airborne, with good views of the pyramids. The included breakfast wasn’t the best, and the coffee was way too sweet, but the actual balloon trip was very good.

Friendly professional staff! Hotel pickup & drop off! Light refreshments/ snacks before the balloon ride & breakfast after! Definitely worth it!

Excellent service, professional, courteous staff. Balloon ride was smooth as possible. While most of the route was determined by the early morning wind, our pilot was expert enough to land the balloon right onto the carriage. Oh did I mention that the landing spot is also determined by the direction of the wind?
