Amazing experience totally worth it. Made reservation via WhatsApp and managed to get a better price than the original quoted. There is an option to get a private balloon! They made a \happy birthday\ sign for my mother! With the ticket there is a bottle of sparkling wine included per balloon. They have a gopro that takes amazing pictures but you must pay attention to it! You must be there on time to watch the sunrise. Not suitable for elder people since it is hard to get in and out of the balloon, maybe arrange a set of stairs. Kids under 1.2m won't be able to see anything and it is not safe to lift them up. Take your time to get there the entrance is not easy and since it is dark you may miss the exit quite easily.

We were so glad we booked our hot air balloon ride with Volar En Globo! Since the moment we booked our tour with Alejandra we were treated amazingly. When we got there after a one hour UBER ride from Mexico City, every single staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. The flight was magical. It was a great experience, due to high winds the landing was a bit rough but our captain was very experienced and handled the situation perfectly. Could not have asked for a better team, they were all really friendly and professional. Highly recommend this company if you're looking for a great time.
