Excellent service from Norma. But once they have your money the service is terrible. We spent 30,000 here on tiles, they short delivered one box of tiles and refused to redeliver it. We were told to pick it up from their shop, we went to pick it up and were told it was in their other warehouse so we went there and were left hanging around waiting for a half hour. Two and a half hours wasted and 40kms driven getting a box of tiles they failed to deliver. Pathetic service ... don't waste your time with these dinosaurs they are useless.

Muy mala atención de las vendedoras!
Bastante lentas las vendedoras. Y llegas a pagar y tienes que esperarte asta 20 minutos o mas,ya que la cajera se fue a las tortillas.. que pocas!!! Y el gerente solo me decia que no podia hacer nada.. asibque esperar y esperarrr.. Y todo por que una vendedora se equivoco y mi pedido no me lo dio completo

Realmente me gusto este lugar varias opciones y diferentes marcas , piedes encontrar productos buenos , varias marcas y precios,ademas que el espacio de carga esta amplio, pregunta por mas modelos , y marcas , las agentes de venta en ocaciones estan muy \ocupadas\y pueden pasar por alto algunas opciones que te pueden interesar en general el servicio es bueno pero , la sala de exhibición algo desorganizada y sucia en algunos modelos .
Buen surtido, lo unico malo que en algunos productos no tienen en existencia
