I live in San Miguel and we use this place as a little staycation for a night or two and you walk away feeling refreshed and relaxed. Amazing service, lovely rooms and a beautiful property.

Amazing place to stay! Arrived at night and woke up to a beautiful lake view. Security guard checked us in and walked us to our room and explained everything with no issues and with a smile. Breakfast is included and there are a few options to choose from and was delicious! Waitress was super friendly and lovely. Reception team lovely and helped us organise multiple taxis and the total cost it would be (we dont speak spanish, so would be a disaster without their help!). Jacuzzi in room, nice bathroom, everything clean, beautiful art farmhouse decor, nice touches to everything. Mini pool with amazing view. Recommended!!!! :)

I don't want stay here again. 1. The driveway is very bumpy. 2. Electricity and water was down at 5:00am.(not all of rooms) And I haven't seen that it recovered untill leaving. So I moved to other place to take shower. And I delayed my schedule. 3. There was no dress hanger. 4. I could hear clearly what people talked at next room.

Spent 4 nights here in one of their ranches, excellent accommodations. Everything was super clean, the service was outstanding, they provided same day laundry service, coordinated everything with respect to the thermal pools and gave us some fantastic local restaurant tips! They're about 15 minutes from San Miguel's craziness and 15 minutes from the thermal pools, it was the respite we needed traveling with 2 young children! Would absolutely return.

Toliet started overflowing in the middle of the night woke up to pee and poop all over the floor. Asked for a taxi at 7 and one arrived at 8 and the front desk guy was demanding we pay the taxi driver for his mistake. Horrible experience.

I stayed at the cabins if the hotel, they were spacious enough but the illumination wasn't so good. Besides, there were a lot of mosquitos in it but we solved it with some repellent. With all this, the view you could get in the sunrise and in Sunset was totally worth , and the food in the restaurant was excellent. And you could skip all the city noise and traffic.
