Hace 3 semanas compre un cople en línea, 150 pesos, pague y mande el ticket de pago en el mail de la empresa. 1 semana después me preguntaron si había pagado !!!!!!!!!!! Me preguntaron si recogía el producto o si me lo mandaban a mi casa. Dije que debería haber la opción al momento de pagar y pregunte cuanto costaba el envío. Nunca me avisaron del costo del envio y hace unos dias llego el producto a mi casa con un pago de 275 pesos de envio !!!!!!!!! Eso es lo que debía pagar para obtener el producto que venía de Atizapán, o sea a 20 km de mi casa !!!!!!! Que falta de organización y seriedad de esa empresa y engañar a los compradores
