Vegan Inc. is a place where traditional plates meet plant based ingredients in a unique new place. Highly recommended for Everyone, not only vegans. The way they create a vegan version of melted \cheese\ and other sauces is like no other place I've been to. I've tried so far the fondue, the enchiladas, the mole and the mushroom pizzeta and they are all spectacular. The Monterrey location could use a little improvement in their bathroom areas.

Amazing upscale clean delicious restaurant. Everything about this place is 5 star. If you want a classy setting and clean fancy vegan food this is the place . Also not even that pricey! It’s pretty on par with everyone else
