USA Transfers treated us very well. We booked a shuttle to our hotel and back at the end of the week. They offered us lots of information up front with our voucher/confirmation email that was all accurate. They provided cool beverages for a fee on both rides and got us safely to our destination. Both vans were very clean and private. Our luggage was wiped down and we were offered hand sanitizer upon entering the vans. The app was great and offered deals on other excursions. Our driver Javier was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us navigate the airport.

We used USA Transfers this past week while in Cancun to get us to and from the airport. Yesterday our driver's name was Javier and he was so amazing! He was kind, very professional, on time, and we had great conversation on the way to the airport. I was very impressed and thankful he was our driver. In my opinion he should be recognized, as I would want to know this if I was his boss. I will definitely use USA again because of our great experience with Javier as our driver. I would like this to be passed along to management.
When you arrive at the airport, make sure you've literally just stepped outside then look for the folks with USA Transfers logos instead of your name. On time for the trip from and to the airport. Quick transfer to hotel (no waiting). First leg got a free upgrade to an Escalade. Sprayed our bags with disinfectant. Driver wearing a facemask at all times. All around excellent experience!
So happy I booked transfers at Cancun in advance with USA Transfers. Fritz and Vargas are wonderful drivers and have excellent and welcoming personalities. Response from the office for the initial round trip booking was quick and informative, and there was no need to contact them further. Drivers arrived right on time as promised. Best of all no unwanted solicitation for other products and tours. Just dependable private round trip transportation without any stress. Exactly what I was looking for!
