Us agency knows the police in cancun are corrupt and do nothing about it. They should have someone to answer the phone 24:7 to help US citizens who have been illegally arrested!! It’s 2021 you guys know better. I expect better. I pay 100k in taxes every year I clearly see my tax dollars IS NOT providing PROTECTION FOR US CITIZENS. I have no idea why people here hate they jobs?!? Maybe it’s because they live in corrupt Mexico. Do better U.S.

Worst experience ever. Cancun is the worst place to be stuck if ever you lose your documents- the consulate only helps you if you're a citizen- if you're a greencard holder then you are simply doomed....their idea of service to their citizens and residents is providing them a piece of paper with FAQs...so disappointed.

this place is the worst place. They treated me like nobody and I'm a citizen of the USA. I didn't have a passport. I lost my flight. Moneyless. and I arrive at this consulate and they treat me like a rat . Like a never pay my taxes for pay them. They never let me asking something just They yelled from within, go away, there is no appoinment, I don't care if it's an emergency. go across the border for coming home. And the security took me out of to the levator..... wors service ever
